Ability Property are looking for Experienced Property Maintenance Handyman/Woman to join a well-established Nationwide Property Management company, primarily working in Dublin/Louth/Midlands area and occasionally nationwide.

The successful candidate will be joining an established nationwide Property management company. We are looking for the successful candidate to be able to hit the ground running
The successful candidate will be responsible for both carrying out and management of:
Carpentry, painting, decorating, small electrical repairs, small plumbing works, flooring, tiling/Bathrooms, kitchen fittings etc. Basic external works, gardening, fencing, paving, roofing repairs.
Experience:
Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in property management/maintenance, ideally gained within a residential setting
· Proven track record in Residential Projects
· Trade Qualified (other suitable and relevant trade backgrounds may be considered)
· The ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while keeping a firm eye on quality
· Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
· Have a full clean driving license.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative and to meet specific personal and department targets
· Ability to provide excellent service to all customers and meet deadlines as required
· Ability to work well under pressure
· Punctual
