Maintenance Technician
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Experience in several different areas will be required such as carpentry, glazing repairs, locks / door repairs, minor plumbing, minor electrical, minor plaster repairs and general handyman duties.
Ensure the public and staff members are treated respectfully.
Physically fit to be able to lift and move appliances, sheets of wood, glazing units and doors. Manual Handling.
You should be of excellent manner, be able to adapt to different work scenarios, excellent time keeper, of good character, trustworthy and be able to work well with a team and to their own initiative to achieve deadlines.
The Ideal candidate:
· Full drivers license and experience in a similar role.
· Ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people on a daily basis.
· Excellent attention to detail, be hardworking and reliable.
· Working to own initiative and part of a team in a reactive and proactive environment.
· Own hand tools
