Fixers Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access or use by you, an individual, from within any country in the world of applications, websites, content, products, and services (the “Services”) made available by Boo Labs Limited, sometimes doing business as Fixers.ie, a private limited company established in the Republic of Ireland, having its offices at:

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, establishing a contractual relationship between you and Fixers.ie. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Fixers.ie reserves the right to terminate these Terms or any Services at any time for any reason.

Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, such as specific policies for events, promotions, or activities. These will be disclosed alongside the relevant Services. If there is a conflict, supplemental terms take precedence.

Fixers.ie may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Use Restrictions

  • Use of the Service is permitted only by individuals who can legally enter binding contracts under applicable laws.
  • If you do not qualify, you must not use the Service.
  • You may not use our service for unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities.

3. Service Requests

3.1. Submission of Service Requests

Upon registering with Fixers.ie, Consumers may submit requests for services or work (“Service Requests”) from Providers.

  • Service Requests must be lawful and comply with local, national, and international laws.
  • Fixers.ie will notify Providers of Service Requests but does not guarantee Provider availability or willingness to complete the requested service.

3.2. Acceptance of Service Requests

When a Provider accepts a Service Request:

  • A binding legal agreement is created between the Provider and Consumer for the completion of the service and the agreed payment.

3.3. Completion of Service Requests

  • Once the Provider completes the service, they will mark it as complete.
  • The Consumer will be automatically billed using the payment details provided at registration.

4. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

Fixers.ie disclaims all representations and warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • No guarantees regarding reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, or availability.

Fixers.ie does not guarantee the quality, safety, or ability of third-party Providers.

You agree that you use the Services at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fixers.ie shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, personal injury, or property damage.
  • Any damages arising from:
    1. Your use or inability to use the Services.
    2. Any transaction or relationship with third-party Providers.
  • Fixers.ie’s total liability to you shall not exceed €500.

6. Content and Services

6.1. User Content

Users may post:

  • Star ratings, reviews, comments, messages, photos, and other content (“User Content”).

User Content must not be:

  • Illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
  • Spam, political campaigning, or mass solicitations.

Fixers.ie owns all User Content submitted on the Service and reserves the right to modify or remove it at any time.

6.2. Reliance on Content

Fixers.ie does not guarantee the accuracy of User Content, including:

  • Star ratings, opinions, reviews, or other user-generated statements.

Under no circumstances is Fixers.ie responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on such content.

7. Information You Provide to Fixers.ie

Upon registering, you may need to provide:

  • Contact details and service preferences.
  • Address details for service requests.

Fixers.ie shares this information with relevant Providers for service fulfillment.

By submitting a request, you:

  • Consent to Fixers.ie sharing your information.
  • Warrant that all provided information is true and accurate.

8. Security and IP Address Blocking

Fixers.ie has implemented security measures to protect personal information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security.

Fixers.ie reserves the right to block users from certain IP addresses or UDIDs at any time to protect the integrity of the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any legal disputes or claims that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in California.

  • Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreed ADR provider.
  • No claim, action, or proceeding may be initiated more than three (3) years after the cause of action arose.

10. Termination of Account

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@fixers.ie.
  • Fixers.ie reserves the right to terminate accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
  • Even after termination, these Terms remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

  • Disputes shall be resolved in the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.

12. Indemnification

Consumers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fixers.ie and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

  • Use of the Services.
  • Violation of these Terms.

13. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.

14. Survival of Terms

The following provisions survive termination of these Terms:
